BioRegenis is developing two programmes in regenerative medicine, both at preclinical or early clinical stage.

Funds raised support the advancement of our programmes through the development phases: experimental work, collaborations with external research facilities, regulatory documentation and the expertise required to sustain them.
The specific use of funds and the target of the current round are shared directly with those who register their interest, together with the supporting documentation.
Each phase cleared reduces uncertainty around a programme and changes its profile. That is how value is built in this field: not through an event, but through a sequence of verifications.
The risks
An investment in an early-stage biotech carries risks that should be weighed before any consideration of return.
Programmes can stop. Most drug candidates do not complete clinical development. A negative outcome at any phase can end a programme permanently.
The horizon is long. Pharmaceutical development is measured in years. Invested capital is not liquid, and no secondary market is available on which to resell it.
Your share can be diluted. Subsequent funding rounds may reduce the percentage held by existing investors.
The regulatory path is not guaranteed. Approval depends on independent authorities and on requirements that can change.
Loss may be total. In the event of failure, invested capital may not be recovered in whole or in part.
